Online-Plattform zum Aufbau einer virtuellen Gemeinschaft von Fachleuten, Institutionen und anderen Akteuren, die sich für die sozialpädagogische Integration von Kindern mit Migrations- und Fluchthintergrund interessieren. Die Plattform wird ihnen einen gemeinsamen Raum zum Austausch ihrer eigenen Erfahrungen, Ideen und Anliegen sowie einen Ort bieten, an dem sie relevante Informationen, Ressourcen und bewährte Verfahren und Initiativen erhalten, die innerhalb der IMMERSE identifiziert wurden.

Der IMMERSE-Hub wird dazu beitragen, Bewusstsein zu schaffen und die Projektaktivitäten und -ergebnisse zu verbreiten.
