Περιγραφή

Αυτό το σετ εργαλείων στοχεύει να βοηθήσει τους εκπαιδευτικούς και τους επαγγελματίες της εκπαίδευσης στη διαδικασία υποδοχής και ένταξης μαθητών με μεταναστευτικό υπόβαθρο. Προτείνονται διάφορες μορφές, προκειμένου να παρακολουθείται το επίπεδο ενσωμάτωσης και ένταξης του μαθητή (τόσο κοινωνικά όσο και γλωσσικά) και η συγκεκριμένη κατάστασή του, απεικονίζοντας την εξέλιξή του μέσα στο χρόνο.
