Plate-forme IMMERSE

Plate-forme en ligne visant à constituer une communauté virtuelle de professionnels, d’institutions et d’autres acteurs intéressés par l’inclusion socio-éducative des enfants migrants et réfugiés. La plate-forme leur fournira un espace commun pour partager leurs propres expériences, idées et préoccupations. Elle constituera également une source d’informations pertinentes, de ressources, de meilleures pratiques et d’initiatives identifiées dans le cadre d’IMMERSE.

La plate-forme IMMERSE contribuera à sensibiliser et à diffuser les activités et les résultats du projet.
